Welcome to G.R.O.W.!
G.R.O.W. is a virtual small group mentoring experience facilitated by the Center for Women in Business (CWIB) at Rutgers Business School. It focuses on supporting mid career women as they advance through their careers.

Program Structure: Each mentoring cohort consists of 8 mid-career professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries, and two executive-level mentors/coaches. The program meets once every three (3) weeks during the semester, during which mentees work through personal career challenges. Each session runs for one (1) hour with an optional thirty-minute (30) extension, based on the cohort's preference. During the course of the program, mentees are also encouraged to schedule one (1) optional individual coaching session with one or both mentors for more personalized guidance.

Commitment/Expectations: Mentoring groups will meet virtually once every (3) three weeks during the months of September, October, November, and December, for a total of five (5) sessions (choice of dates below). Mentees are expected to actively participate in the discussions, be prepared to discuss their personal challenges with the group and have their cameras on for the length of the session. During the program, mentees are also encouraged to schedule one (1) optional individual coaching session with one or both mentors for more personalized guidance.
