The TeamUP Undergraduate Mentoring Program helps in the transformation of Rutgers Business School undergraduates into responsible business professionals. Those students accepted into the program will consult one-on-one with a business professional to obtain insights about the nature of their profession as well as guidance on professional planning. Mentoring is an impactful way for students to extend learning beyond the classroom. Through their interactions with professionals during the mentoring term, students get true insights into their chosen professional field. They also get targeted professional planning advice, while networking with industry professionals. Wherever you are in your professional or student journey, the TeamUP Mentoring Program can help you advance toward your professional goals.
RBS Students can join the TeamUP Undergraduate Mentoring Program by INVITATION ONLY. Eligible students will receive an invitation the semester prior, and must use the invitation link to complete sign-up.
For Professionals (Alumni & non-Alumni), mentoring provides the opportunity to give back and develop leadership skills, while helping transform the next generation of business students into business professionals. Use the "Sign Up as a Mentor" button above to apply to join the RBS Undergraduate Mentor pool.
